Throughout his career, he has developed training programs, security protocols, and large-scale operational strategies, managing teams of up to 200 personnel across more than 15 states. His background ensures that Reel View’s security trailers are designed with real-world safety challenges in mind.

Mel Montano complements this expertise with a strong background in systems development, innovation, and business leadership. As the founder of LEM Systems, Mel has focused on creating practical, technology-driven solutions tailored to modern security needs. His experience in building and scaling a company centered on surveillance and system integration brings a forward-thinking approach to Reel View, emphasizing reliability, efficiency, and cutting-edge equipment.
